Triceps Pushdowns (Cable)

Description
Stand at a cable machine with a straight bar or V-bar attachment. Keeping your elbows fixed at your sides, push the bar down until your arms are fully extended, then return to the starting position under control. This is a fundamental isolation exercise for the triceps. Arnold emphasizes keeping the elbows locked in place and not letting them drift forward, which would bring the shoulders into the movement.
