Seated Cable Rows

Description
Sit at a low cable row station with feet braced. Grasp the V-handle or wide bar, sit upright, and pull the handle to your lower chest/upper abdomen. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction, then extend your arms forward for a full stretch. The cable provides constant tension throughout the movement. Arnold emphasizes the stretch-and-squeeze technique: let the weight pull your shoulders forward slightly at the extension to stretch the lats, then pull back and squeeze hard.
