Incline Dumbbell Curls

Description
Sit back on an incline bench set at about 45 degrees, holding dumbbells at arm's length. Curl the weights up while keeping your upper arms stationary. The incline position stretches the biceps at the bottom of the movement, placing extra emphasis on the long head of the biceps. Arnold considers this one of the best exercises for developing the biceps peak because the stretched starting position forces the long head to work harder.
