Description

Performed on an incline bench set at approximately 30-45 degrees. This angle shifts emphasis to the upper chest (clavicular head of the pectoralis major). Arnold emphasizes that the upper chest is often underdeveloped in many bodybuilders and that incline pressing is essential for a complete, full chest. Lower the bar to the upper chest area and press back up.
