Description
Lie on a decline bench (15-30 degree decline) and press a barbell from the lower chest to full extension. The decline angle shifts emphasis to the lower pectorals, creating that defined lower chest line. Arnold included decline pressing to ensure complete chest development from clavicle to lower pec. Use a slightly narrower grip than flat bench to keep tension on the lower pecs.
