Cable Lateral Raises

Description
Stand sideways to a low cable pulley, grasp the handle with the far hand. Raise your arm out to the side until it reaches shoulder level, keeping a slight bend in the elbow. The cable provides constant tension throughout the entire range of motion—unlike dumbbells which lose tension at the bottom. Arnold used cable laterals as a finishing exercise for shoulders to get maximum pump and detail in the side delts.
