Description
Stand between two high cable pulleys, grasp the handles and step forward slightly. With arms slightly bent, bring your hands together in a wide arc, crossing them slightly in front of your body at the bottom. This exercise provides constant tension and allows you to squeeze the inner chest at the peak contraction. Arnold used cable crossovers as a finishing exercise to bring out chest striations and the inner chest line. The key is the squeeze at the bottom—hold for 1-2 seconds.
