Description

Named after Arnold himself, this exercise combines a rotation with a pressing movement. Start with dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing you (like the top of a curl). As you press the weights overhead, rotate your hands so that at the top your palms face forward. This rotation through the full range of motion hits all three heads of the deltoid in one movement. Arnold developed this exercise to get maximum deltoid stimulation from a single pressing movement.
